Aircon not cold
Dirty components, restricted airflow, settings, sensors or a refrigerant-system fault can all reduce cooling. An inspection is the safest way to identify the cause.
Aircon leaking water
A blocked drainage line, dirty or frozen coil, damaged drain pan or installation issue may cause leaking. Switch the unit off if water is near electrical fittings.
